Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This policy explains how Everwild Apothecary collects, uses and shares consumer health data, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law (SB 370). It adds to our general Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you complete the Respiratory Load Score quiz, we collect your answers about everyday exposures (such as smoke or vaping), the air where you spend your days, how long those exposures have been part of your life, your age range and your goal for taking the quiz. We also collect the score we calculate from those answers, plus your first name and email address.
Where it comes from
Directly from you, when you answer the quiz and submit the form.
Why we use it
- To calculate your Respiratory Load Score and show you your results.
- To email your profile to you.
- To send you the Everwild Apothecary emails you agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share it only with service providers that process it for us under contract:
- Shopify, which hosts our website.
- Klaviyo, which stores your profile and sends our emails.
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use geofencing around health care locations.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and give you access to it.
- Tell you which third parties we have shared it with.
- Delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it.
