Shipping Policy

Processing and ship times
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time ship the next business day.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.

Shipping method
Standard shipping is ground shipping. Ground delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Shipping rates
Shipping is always free except for express shipping.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help make it right.
