Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Your purchase options
You can buy Everwild two ways:
- Subscribe: Your saved payment method is charged the subscription price shown at checkout for each delivery, plus any applicable shipping and tax.
- Buy once: One-time purchases do not renew, and you will not be charged again.
How subscriptions work
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Reminders
We will email you 3 days before each renewal charge so you know an order is coming.
Change, skip or cancel anytime
You can skip a delivery, switch between plans, update your payment method or cancel your subscription online at any time. Use the link in your reminder or order emails, or sign in to your account.
To stop your next order, make changes before your renewal charge date. Orders that have already been charged and shipped cannot be canceled, but they are still covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
If you would rather cancel by email, write to us at support@everwildapothecary.com with your name and order number. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
Canceling a one-time order
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day, so we can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order ships, our 90-day money-back guarantee still applies.
